This is just a sampling of past events click on the following links below to see pictures and menus. Graduation Dinner for 17: This dinner was held at the beautiful Eagle Rock Lodge in Vida, Oregon. The tables were set near the river’s edge for a summer evening celebration. Anniversary Dinner for Two: Using all local ingredients this menu was developed the morning of the event at the Farmer’s Market. Each course was small to allow for more courses. McKenzie River Dinner for 5: These guests flew in from New York City so the theme of using local ingredients set on the river’s edge was a must. Wedding Reception for 30: The tapas parties have become a very popular choice among our clients. This event was held at the popular Eagle Rock Lodge in Vida, Oregon. Christmas Party for 80: Again in the popular tapas style this event was for Garage Games, a local computer technology company here in Eugene. Vegetarian Tapas for 20: A birthday celebration with vegetarian tapas style hors d’oeuvres. Brunch for 80: A brunch for 80 at the Sorgenfri Retirement Center here in Eugene.
