Graduation Dinner for 17: This dinner was held at the beautiful Eagle Rock Lodge in Vida, Oregon. The tables were set near the river’s edge for a summer evening celebration. Anniversary Dinner for Two: Using all local ingredients this menu was developed the morning of the event at the Farmer’s Market. Each course was small to allow for more courses.
