We are open Tuesday – Friday 7am-6pm and Saturday 8am-2pm.

WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS DO YOU HAVE?
We have baked goods including, but not limited to: House Baked Artisan Breads, Pastries, House Made Pretzels, Bagels, Muffins, Scones, Cookies…the list goes on and varies each week. We have a set lunch menu with items that are available everyday, plus a special item each day. All our products for both lunches and bakery items are made in-house, from scratch and by-hand. No, pre-made, pre-assembled items in this kitchen!
WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR BREAKFAST & LUNCH?
We have a limited menu of hot breakfast items Tuesday – Friday from 7am-11am and Saturdays we have a larger breakfast menu that runs all day we are open from 8am-2pm. Lunch is offered Tuesday – Saturday from 11am-2pm.
WHAT KIND OF LUNCHES DO YOU HAVE?
Paninis, sandwiches, soup, salads, meat pies, roasted vegetable pies, ham and cheese stuffed pretzels, and more! Our sandwiches are all made with meats that have been roasted and cured in house. Our chicken and beef have been raised ON OUR OWN FARM! See more about our farm below.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE TO OFFER?
Sign up to be on our Weekly Email list. Every Monday morning an email goes out to let you know what we will have available. If you see something on there that you really want you can always send us an email back and we’ll save it for you. This way you don’t have to worry about us running out of something you really want to make sure and get!
HOW DO LUNCHES WORK, DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
No reservations are necessary. Just come on down, order for here or to go and take a seat! However, if you do have a larger group – say 10 people or more, we can certainly hold a table for you. But still, once you get here you will order and take your seat at your reserved table. We do not have table service during our lunch hours – it’s all order and sit kind of service.

FURRER FARMS FAQ’S
DID I HEAR THAT YOU RAISE YOUR OWN MEAT?
Yes, that is correct! Any of the chicken and beef that we use in our kitchen has been raised on our own farm! Our family’s own farm, Furrer Farms, is located right here in Creswell. We have been farming in Creswell since 1940!
CAN I PURCHASE FURRER FARMS MEATS?
Yes you can! If you want to order chickens or beef you can give us a call at the bakery and we will take your order. 541-895-5885.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR CHICKENS WEIGH AND COST?
Our chickens weigh in usually around 4-6# and are $4 / pound with a $10 / bird deposit required at the order time. The remaining total is due on pick up once the weights have been determined. For bulk orders of five or more and the price is $3.85 / pound and ten or more is $3.50 / pound. These chickens are sold whole. However, if you would like them to be cut up (boneless breast, leg, thigh and bones) that is an option as well and it would be an additional $3 / bird.
CAN YOU TELL ME A LITTLE MORE ABOUT YOUR CHICKENS?
We are raising Cornish Cross chickens. Our chickens are raised in the Day Ranging rotational method, which allows them much greater freedom of movement than the traditional chicken tractor manner. While we are not officially certified in any manner of classifications we do raise them as all natural, hormone and antibiotic free birds. They are drinking pure clean well water, from the same well we drink. So, in other words they are very happy chickens on every day of their life, but one.
HOW ABOUT YOUR BEEF?
We raise two different breeds; Dexter (a smaller, heritage breed) and Angus. They are all grass-fed and raised using the rotational grazing method. We can sell cows by the whole, half or quarter. The price is $2.50 / pound hanging weight, plus butcher fees; cut and wrap is $0.45 / pound and part or all of the kill fee (will be divided if you are only taking part of the animal) the kill fee is usually about $75. We have limited amounts of beef available so certain times we may be sold out for the year.
THURSDAY NIGHT DINNER FAQ’S
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A THURSDAY NIGHT DINNER?
You may sign up calling 541-895-5885. Dinners are served family style and begin at 6pm with the doors opening for live music with appetizers, beer and wine available for purchase during this time. Dinner begins at 6:30pm – please call us if you will be late and we can make arrangements for your meal to be held until you arrive.

HOW MUCH DO THESE DINNERS COST?
Dinner prices will vary but generally fall into the $15-20 / person range. Dessert is an optional add-on to your meal at the end and usually is around $4-6 / person.
DO YOU HAVE BEER AND WINE?
Yes! We have an extensive list of local Oregon beer and wine producers. Wine and beer is available for purchase for those 21 and over with your meal by the glass or by the bottle. Love the wine you just had? You can also buy it by the bottle and take it home with you!
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN WINE?
We do recommend that you purchase off of our list. But, if you have a special bottle that you just want to bring in we do have a $12 corkage fee.
WE HAVE A LARGE PARTY, CAN WE SIT TOGETHER?
Please let us know when you make your reservation if there is another party that you would like to be seated with. We do our best to accommodate large parties, the further in advance that you book the better we can accommodate your group. If you find out at the last minute that whole party will not be showing up please give us a call so that we can get other guests in that may be on a wait list for the dinner.
WE MADE A RESERVATION AND CANNOT MAKE IT NOW
Even if you find out at 5pm on Thursday that you just cannot make it to dinner that night please give us a call 541.895.5885. Our dinners tend to sell out every week and we have guests on a waiting list or walking-in and trying to eat. If we know that you will not be able to make it this will allow us to accommodate others.
CAN WE BRING CHILDREN?
Certainly! We love to see whole families showing up for these dinners. Children’s dinners (ages 12 and under, please) are available in half-size portions at half the price.
