OFF-SITE CATERING
We are available for all types of off-site catering whether it’s a big, corporate gala or intimate family gathering, HTCC is here for you. Events can be fully staffed with our kitchen and service staff or not. The menus for our staffed events are going to be more extensive and we will be able to offer you more selection. Or, we can also arrange a drop-off catered event if you’re in the mood to do the work of serving yourself.
Schedule a time to come and chat with us about your event requiring finger foods, boxed lunches, buffet dinner, or a seated, plated lunch/dinner. Or, fill out our Event Inquiry form to have menus and other information sent to you. Our menus do change by the season so if we’re not in the correct season we will send you menus from the previous year to give you an idea of what we can do for you.
PICK-UP CATERING
We understand that not everyone is looking for event staff and food cooked on site. We have limited selections of items each season available for pick-up at our Creswell kitchen. Order minimums do apply. We usually like to have at least a few days in advance notice for something like this, but if you’re desperate give us a call and we will see what we can do to help you out!
