<p><strong>April 3rd, April 3rd, April 3rd!!</strong> Yipee! We&#8217;re really looking forward to this dinner and getting to kick off the 2010 series of dinners!</p>
<p>Join us as guest winemaker Aaron Lieberman of <a href="http://www.cottonwoodwinery.com/blog/history-philosophy/aaron-lieberman/">Cottonwood Winery</a> shares his wines with us! Aaron has worked for Owen Roe, is currently the winemaker at Iris Vineyards and also has his own label! His own label, Cottonwood Winery, is what we will be serving at this dinner.</p>

He&#8217;s going to be putting the delicious pig into his &#8220;magic box&#8221; as he calls it, and pulling out delicious roasted pig 4 hours later!</p>
<p>We&#8217;ll have <strong>beer</strong> available for purchase at the dinner and it&#8217;s going to be in a bit more casual setting than before. Still a three course dinner, but this time we want you to experience the pig so you get to come to the table and pick out the piece of pig that you&#8217;d like to eat that night!</p>

<p>The second dinner of the year will be on <strong>July 17, 2009</strong> where guest winemakers <span style="color: #333333;"><a title="Boedecker Cellars" href="http://www.boedeckercellars.com/" target="_blank">Stewart and Athena Boedecker</a></span> will be joining us with their wonderful wines from their new space in Portland!</p>

<p>The inaugural barn dinner on November 6, 2008 was a success. Thanks to all of you who attended and sorry to those who could not get a seat at the table. The reservations were booked solid, we were sold out a week after announcing the dinner. <p>The next dinner was originally announced for March but now we are in the process of building a new kitchen and relocating my business. Good news about the new building we will hopefully be able to use our new space to host even more wine dinners! So, we are now looking at <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>May</strong> <span style="color: #000000;">for the</span><strong> first dinner of 2009</strong></span>.</p>
