Featuring the wines of Dominio IV and chef Heidi Tunnell of Heidi Tunnell Catering Company in Eugene.

I had the opportunity to work with Patrick Reuter before at the Carlton Winemaker Studio, where I was a guest chef six times this year. Below is the menu that was served at that dinner.

We are very excited that Patrick will be coming to our first Barn Dinner on November 6, 2008!
